My husband and I love each other very much. I am far from perfect, but never try to disrespect him in any way. He, though he has a good heart, no vices, and cares about me, was raised somewhat differently. He swears a lot. I have no problem with most of it as long as he doesn’t use certain words with me. He’s ALWAYS known this. We’ve been together for over 4 years and living together for 1. We haven’t gotten married by the church (we’re catholic; this pretty much seals the deal; and it’s set for March 3rd). It’s gotten to the point where he seems to not care how he speaks to me when angry. He most of the time apologizes later, but thinks it’s not that big of a deal if he doesn’t mean what he says. Today he told me (in Spanish, but nonetheless rude), to go to hell (or get the **** out). I had planned for us to go to counseling soon. He has been for the idea… Honestly i don’t know if he can change… or if he sees the importance in this… Yes I talk to him about these things but when I do he just points out my faults… I know I have faults, but this has gone too far. He’s mad because his friend joked (or semi-joked) that he and my hubby had something planned before the wedding… I, light heartedly said, if it’s not something bad, then why not just say what it is (im not ok with strip clubs for example)… My husband proceeded to get mad, he swore at me (never did this in front of somebody… and now is telling me to get the hell out of his life because I don’t trust him… I don’t know what to do… PLease help

Chapter One.
Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. A name I dread. I spent Seven years at this awful school , what’s not to hate? The snobby girls?
Who hated me for my lack of French. The strict teachers? Enough said.
The only thing that made me ENJOY waking up is my best friend Fleur.
Fleur was older than me, but she was nice and sincere welcoming me.
We met the first day of school, I was the outcast and she most likely pitied me. Since we were roomates we made light of the situation and started talking. Turns out we shared alot in common.
When Fleur left, I cried and cried. Tears stained my face.
I’d lost my other half.
But her sister Gabrielle was just as kind as her ,I always wondered how they fit info a school of all snobs, and we started talking months after Fleur left. I was years older than her, but she was very mature for her age.
So my inhanced vocabulary didn’t seem to bother her and she never fell behind with our intelligent conversations.
When I left, she felt the pain I felt. I hated leaving her, but we have the Summers.

” Skylar! ” Fleur called shaking me screaming in my ear. She did not do this at Beauxbatons . I guess she didn’t find the need to be obident and quiet.
I didn’t want to wake up,
But shame I had to .
For today I was going to spend a month Fleur’s husbands family.
I got up wanting to stay in bed for hours on end , Fleur knew I hated mornings but you know.
I’ll do anything for my best friend.
I had met The Weasleys’ briefly before the wedding.
Before all of the death eater buisness.
Bill,Percy,George,Ron,and Ginny.
Shame about Fred. He was my favorite.
Oh the jokes we played.
I miss him.
We were close friends, and I was the only one who could tell him and George apart.
George had a little bump at the top of his nose.
Fred was bumpless.
My eyes burnt as Niagra falls would start happening.
I sniffled up and held back my sobs, when I cried Fleur cried. And I hate seeing my best friend cry.
” Hurry, you have one hour. Bill’s comming home right now and we’re going to finish packing. ”
Great, one hour to look absolutely stunning.
Doable. If I spend my time just right and not waste it on foolish things like lingering on outfit choices.
” PICK MY OUTFIT OUT! ”
I stormed off to the showers avoiding any more confrentation , Talking is wasting my LIMITED time supply.

out of curiosity what tips did you use too keep your wedding cheap?
we did a couple things:
1.i dont like diamonds so my ring was very cheap but very pretty and totally shows my personality.
2.we didn’t have an engagement ring. were im from people wear the ring during engagement and then when they get married they switch it to the other hand.
3.also in my culture bridesmaids and groomsmen and flower girls/ring bearers arnt common to that cut out for flowers and dresses.
4.reception and wedding were in the same venue.
5.silk flowers
6.we only had 50 people so there wasn’t dancing or a dj but music through the sound system.
7.because of the amount of people it cut the price regarding food,tables,linen,plates,favors,chairs ans centerpieces and candles/silk flowers.
8.did my own makeup and hair.

My grandma was my world. She helped raise me and we were very close. Three years ago she was diagnosed with terminal cancer and a week before she passed away she gave me her wedding ring. She said she didn’t see the point in being buried with it and since she knew she would never be able to see me get married she wanted me to have it. It meant so much to me and I plan on that being my engagement ring (will likely get a band to go with it after I’m actually married). My question is, would it be ok to update the ring a bit? It’s a gold band and I’ve heard jewelers can dip the band in white gold. I would also like to add to it a little, maybe some more diamonds. I don’t want to change the whole look of the ring, I just want to make it a bit more updated. I don’t think my grandma would be upset by this at all! Any advice would be appreciated!
Also…where would you recommend taking the ring to?

I’m 34, currently working as a production planner, and have been for the last 9 years, and sick of sitting in an office.
As mentioned, I cant decide between the two careers. The wedding photography would be a career I would slowly get into over the next 3-4 years doing along side my current job, where as hgv driving, got my class C, just need to get C+E to drive artics.
It has always been an ambition of mine to drive lorries since the age of 13, but never thought about pursuing it until now. I love driving and as i have a quiet personality, don’t mind the fact it’s a pretty lonely job.
As for photography, being doing this as a hobby since I was 16, got into photoshop about 10 years ago, and have learnt the basics of Lightroom over the last couple of months. The only thing that makes me question if I would be successful as a wedding photographer, is the fact I am pretty quiet around new people, so not sure if photography is the best career to pursue.
I understand lorry driving involves long hours, and its difficult to get into without the two year experience, but where I live in Lincolnshire, there is plenty of haulage companies, so I’m pretty sure I could find somebody who would give me a try.
