How Early Should I Get To The Ap Tour (2011)?

im going to the AP tour in Toronto at the Phoenix Concert Theater. how early should i get there? i want to be able to meet Black Veil Brides before the concert because there will probably be too many people crowding around them after the concert. I also want to get to the front near the stage.
Also, how much money should i bring? how much would one shirt cost?
I have another question. should i bring a very small backpack or something? i have a few things to carry, like a camera, eyeliner etc. my mom said they probably wouldn’t allow bags in there.
