Wedding Planning Tips

I am planning on getting married next year, me and my fiance have been having a small problem finding a bride and groom cake topper that looks like us, usually everyone we see is dark haired or blonde haired and every groom has short hair. My groom has long hair and a goatee, I have red hair. Does anyone know a website that has more custom brides and groom cake toppers or maybe suggestions for a DIY?

I got off school for Summer break about 3 weeks ago, and I don’t have any hobbies,or anything to keep me busy, and I was watching Cupcake Wars/Cake Boss a lot lately and I thought it might be fun to try baking/decorating cakes might be fun to try,but I really don’t know how to start. 1.) what equipment should buy to start out with? 2.) what kind of flavors should I buy to experiment with to start? 3.) what kind of icings are easiest to work with? 4.) whats a good cookbook/website that has good ideas for beginners? My grandmother used to bake/decorate wedding cakes for a living for about 30 years and I think I could learn a lot from her. 10pts to the best answer.

I have offered to make a tray bake for my brother’s school street party to celebrate the Royal Wedding. Unfortunately, I’m not entirely sure how I can do this creatively and simply, for 30 children!
I have a few ideas, but they’re not very creative, so any additional ideas would be fantastic!

My parent’s street are having a party for the royal wedding on the 29th April (any excuse for a party that lot!) I have said that I will make a cake for it as I love baking, however I have no idea what to do for decoration. I was thinking about two figures for it, but that’s all I can think of. Does anyone have any different ideas? It will probably be a sponge cake or something similar, not fruit as a couple of the people are allergic to some stuff in fruit cakes.

I have a wedding coming up that I am making 250 wedding cake cookies. I have been looking at many different designs and I found one that has the 3 script initials on the bottom tier. I need help on finding stencils that I can use for the cake. I need the initials T-P-P. It would be easier to use a stencil and use black food paint. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Seriously, after a woman eats wedding cake it’s almost inevitable that she balloons up and gains 40+ lbs. Amazing how so many attractive women can maintain their figure, but after they eat wedding cake they forget where the gym is and can’t seem to keep their weight, with or without pregnancy. Maybe there is an additional hallucinogen in it?
Furthermore, women seem to lose their sexual drive and often develop headaches when their husbands try to initiate sex.
Men, do these women a favor and keep the women you are dating away from wedding cake by not marrying them.

hi, i’m still doing my a-levels right now but after wards i have no idea what the next step is to become a cake artist/designer. my aim is to join a really well known cake company and make wedding/birthday/anniversary cakes. i only took a-levels because it can open a few more doors to careers rather than just GCSE’s.
What would you advise me to do after a-levels? and seriously, i don’t want to go into university, i hate education!!

ok, firstly, i know this diet is unhealthy but thats not my biggest concern, I NEED to a lose lot of weight fast for my wedding day in 3 months.
I’m not overweight but right now I weigh 160 pounds and 5″8 and aim to be 125 pounds in 3 months .
Do you think it will possible to lose 40 pounds in 3 months if I take a variety vitamin supplements and have one rice cake for breakfast, lunch, dinner?….and go for a fast walk every day?
Please no lectures about how this is unhealthy etc…I just want to know if i will lose the weight with this plan or not???
