so im getting married i just had some questions concerning meals and appetizers.
my first question is about hors d’oeuvres/appetizers. i know that there is usually appetizers such as fruits and vegetables on a table and hors d’oeuvres is passes around by a butler. my question is im trying to keep my wedding simple. i don’t want to have appetizers and hors d’oeuvres every were.
so what should i do to make things simple. speaking of simplicity that brings me to my next point.
do you prefer a 6 course or 3 course meal for a wedding.
also i plan on having a appetizer,meal and dessert with beverages like water, alcohol,soda and Coffee and tea. should i server hors d’oeuvres or not?

I understand real life assisting a wedding planner is the #1 ideal way to get experience, but I do have event planning experience already. It’s not in the wedding field, but with nonprofits.
