My husband and I got married June 2011. Unfortunately most of his family & friends weren’t able to make it due to us moving several months before the wedding. We plan on having a second wedding so that they can have the same experience that my family did but since June I have put on some weight. My dress has a lace overlay and I’m wondering if it will be harder to let out than a dress without one. Here is a link to the dress to give you an idea of what I’m dealing with. http://www.1stdresses.com/organza-spaghetti-strap-wedding-dresses-chapel-train-p-662.htm I’d rather not have to buy a new dress but if need be I will. Thank you in advance for all of your help.

My niece had those little wine bottles you can buy in six packs at the store, with a pretty fabric bow in her wedding colors with computer generated gold heart label/card with a hole punched in it as a hang tag with the date of their day.
With 20 people, this could cost you less than $50.
You can get glass votive candle holders at the dollar store, and scented candles. Just get the candles in one of your wedding colors (if that applies, if not then white will do). You can also get rolls of ribbon from there as well. Just tie a bow around each candle holder with the candle inside, then wrap it in a square of tissue tied at the top with raffia or similar. Use a wide angled marker to ‘monogram’ your last name initial on the front of the package.
Probably take you ten minutes once you’ve purchased.

My topic is vietnamese weddings and I am talking about traditions and rituals.. My intro shares a short story ” You would assume that in a traditional westernize marriage, you see bride and groom walk down aisle and hold hands, but in a vietnamese wedding I have attended to, I have seen a groom do 100 pushups before he can meet his wife on the wedding day. ” I share this with you because I want to show you how different vietnamese culture is.. ETCCCC
SO My ending can be in three ways:
GIVE AN AHA moment
circular: ( I need help here) Like something that ties in with that story something like “so if you going to marry vietnamese, be prepared to work out those guns.. < see that's lame..but something tying everything together..
or
a quote, lesson, something to leave the audience pondering about..
I kinda want to say " America is so diverse and dynamic. It is always changing, but one thing that will remain is culture.. (so I inform you today so if you marry any culture, just know what to expect)
SEE my ideas aren't really developed yet.. CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE =)
