Our wedding reception is pretty much going to be a huge party. Open bar, etc. Would it be tacky to give shot glasses with our wedding date on it? With candy inside the shot glasses? I’m open to different ideas on favors or stuff to put into the shot glasses!
Just needing wedding favor ideas. I like the seed packets, spices, candy, and trailmix. What is your idea?
Hello,
So Im getting married to my HS sweetheart and I wanted to get some ideas of an awesome party favor you received at a wedding.
Thank you
I’ve got writers block and I need something awesome to write on our wedding favors. We are giving out tree seedlings in burlap sacks with notes on them. I’m thinking something like…. our gift to you, may these tree seedlings grow strong like our love? or something super cheesy and heartfelt lol. anyways, I cant find the perfect little saying so maybe someone more creative than me can help me out. Thanks!
I’m getting married in September, the wedding will be indoor at a mansion venue. I don’t want to do the typical suckers and bubbles. I’d like to be unique so its memorable. Any and all ideas are welcome. (Budget friendly) Thanks=]
worst – a donation in my name made to a religious school where the bride used to teach. not only was i there for the groom and hardly knew the bride, but i’m an atheist. so this favor really offended me.
best – the bride and groom wrote their own song for their first dance (he plays guitar and drums and she has a beautiful voice), recorded it and gave everyone a CD with the lyrics included. i thought this was so unique and personal to them, ya know? like, a box of chocolates can be from anyone, but this was very specific to these two individuals. and it was a pretty good song too!

Okay. So the typical wedding favor is a container of some sort filled with candy, right? Or at least, that’s what you do if you are on a budget. I found these little heart shaped wooden trinket boxes at a craft store on clearance for 9 cents each. I want to use them to make my wedding favor boxes, and the result will look something like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/missbohemia…
I am just wondering, would it be appropriate to give everyone the same favor, or should I come up with a different idea for the guy guests at the wedding?
