Favors For An At Home Reception?
Tagged Under : Favors, home, Reception
We cant afford to do a real wedding, and my fiance is joining the air force and leaving sooner than expected. So we are having a courthouse ceremony and then doing dinner with family and close friends at home sometime afterward. There will be cake and I’m making invites for people. Should I have favors also?
I know that there are A LOT of people out there looking for a quick way to lose weight…That’s not me! I am looking to lose some weight for my brothers wedding, that I am in , in September. I just want to know what kind of exercises I can do at home to bring off some of the belly fat. Im not looking to lose 100 lbs or anything
Just need to lose about 20 or 30. Also, if there is anything that I can eat that is heavy on the stomach, making you feel full sooner, so you don’t eat as much. I would love to go to a gym but I work 50 hrs a week, I am going to school, and I have two children. So there is just no time. But my problem is that I travel for work constantly from one persons house to the next, and I get bored, and that is when I snack a lot!! But I don’t know how to avoid that! So if anyone has any ideas please let me know
Fun Ideas For An At Home Business?
Tagged Under : business, home, Ideas
So, I am seeing many moms now a days that are starting businesses from home. I have two friends that I know of that have started a sewing business…they make girly hair bows, bow holders, homemade dresses, etc. At first, I didn’t think they would make any money. However, one of them told me that she can make 300-400 dollars in just one weekend! I have always been creative, and I love to write. So, I was thinking of maybe starting to write children’s books at home. I’m thinking I could write the books, and customize them to the child. I can give idea’s, but also write any story that the parent wants me to. For example, I can write about a birth story of a child (in a non-gross, childish way), a new baby brother or sister, mommy and daddy’s wedding day, a new pet, etc. Or, they can just be a simple story staring that child.
I need more than this though. I want this to be fun and creative because I am realizing that many of my friends have a hard time making it fun for their kids to read. Do you think I am on to something, or is this just a dead end idea? Any tips?

My fiance and I have been planning our wedding. We had an idea for the ceremony venue but the space available was very limited. We are expecting no more than 150 guests (bridal party included) and are shooting for early November. We really like the idea of getting married inside a Victorian mansion, or Victorian home. We’ve searched online and are still continuing our search. Just thought posting here would help out more. Preferably, the location would be somewhere near the central valley or bay area California. We’d appreciate any input. Thanks a bunch.
