i live in Tennessee and want be a wedding planner do i need a business license i have looked every where online and will be call somewhere to find out but want to know if some on here knows
My fiance is Japanese living in Japan, and I live in the US. We’re going to have our wedding ceremony next year in California, but we want to sign the marriage license in Japan.
Does anyone know if there are there any laws in the US or California that state that a marriage license has to be signed in order to have a wedding ceremony? My fiance and I don’t plan on signing the marriage license until after the wedding when I move to Japan with him.

So my fiancee wants to have a wedding ceremony in vietnam just for her parents to see and we’re planning to have either an engagement or wedding ceremony in vietnam and then I will petition her as a fiancee to the U.S instead and bring her over here and have another wedding ceremony in the U.S with my relatives and friends. Some of my close cousins and relatives have told me you can do this because they have done it themselves too. They said they are 99 percent sure I can do this. What do you think ?? Do you think i can have a wedding ceremony without applying for an marriage license in vietnam ???
Does becoming a professional wedding planner as a career need to have license or certification of any kind? Is becoming a member of ACPWC association one of the requirement?
