I’m the maid of honor in my best friend’s wedding, so I got put in charge of the bachelorette party. (:
I’m really excited, but the truth is, I have no idea what I’m doing. My mom’s helping me, but yeah. I need ideas! I don’t have a theme, a place, or any ideas whatsoever for games and stuff. For favors, I’m pretty skilled at making lollipops and chocolates, and I plan on buying some small stuff for it.
She’s getting married in September, and by then we’ll all be 18.
***Please, no rants about getting married too young. They’ve been together for a looooooong time.***

Hi ladies! I’ve recently ordered my wedding dress and I love it so much. At first, I think that I will wear it all day. Then, I feel that I won’t be able to properly enjoy myself at reception party in a long dress. So I’m thinking of changing or at least having an alternative dress on hand for my party.
Will you be wearing your bridal dress all day? How about a shorter dress for party? I’d love to hear your ideas!

I am curious what is the worst and best wedding party favor you have gotten?

I’m starting to plan my best friend’s bachelorette party for the week before her wedding, which falls on June 9th. So far, I’ve planned for driving down to Nashville, eating at the Spaghetti Factory, going to a comedy club, then hitting some clubs. The problem is, the only comedy club that I’m familiar with is Zanies and I’m not sure she’d like the comedian they’re having the weekend before the wedding (James Gregory). They have another set of comedians (The Wayans Brothers) that look like they might be funny, but they’re showing Monday through Wednesday. So, does anyone know if it’s worth going to clubs during the week and or if any of the comedians mentioned are funny?

Hi everyone, thank you for taking out the time to read and probably help me out with my query. Anyone who is still in the wedding part favor business, help is needed. Could i please know what material, supplies,equipment,ribbons,glitter etc is used to make a party favor. If we get the plain boxes in bulk, what kind of paper material do we use, and where to get them printed or embossed. Well, i am probably asking about everything and anything you know about making party and wedding box favors. Thank you very much.

My fiancé and I are feeling a little stresses and fighting a lot.. Here’s the problem.. One of his friends is getting married this summer and I feel like he’s asking to too much. The tuxes he chose happen the be $200 a piece which happens to be one of the most expensive at men’s warehouse and I feel is crazy for a few hours. The groom and groomsmen(9 groomsmen) are going to a bachelor party at a cabin and everyone is paying $140 not including food or drinks. We are trying to save money for our own wedding but the $400 for someone else’s is not helping. We didn’t know what we were getting into when he agreed to be a part of the wedding. The groom asked for gift ideas for the men and I feel like screaming how about help with the tuxes.. Am I crazy or is this normaly what is spent? I was in a wedding last summer and I bought a $100 dress I still have and for a couple drinks at the bachelorette party.. I think that’s fair.. Not spending half a months rent on your wedding..

Working with the other bridesmaids in my sister’s wedding to plan a sort of flash mob at the reception… any ideas for good songs?

MY FRIEND and his girl been together for a little over 2 years.HE wants to engage her on valentines day(i have afeeling she knows)just them alone but he wants to meke it public (meaning her family and his family)on sunday at the church they go to.HEplans on having the wedding by the end of september if evrything goes well now since theircon a budget is it all right if they have a small get together after the service at church the same day they get engage.Iheard that an engagement is not soppose to be until a month or two after the engagement but thier just having a small get together he is asking me for opinions but i am not .Any help,comments or ideas please.
