Wedding Planning Tips

I am on one forum where occasionally someone will start a thread in which you create a wardrobe for yourself or a fictional child by posting pictures of outfits you like, or plan a fictional wedding by posting pictures of various items (dresses, favors, flowers, etc). I find these games tremendously fun and was wondering if anyone knew of other forums or sites that had these games.

My sister is so impatient and easy to get upset, so she is stressing herself out trying to plan for her big day next year. I want to give her as much help as possible, so do any of you know of any websites where she can get ideas about caterers in her area, wedding venues, dresses and decorations? She lives in Raleigh, NC USA and has been online and in the phone book calling folks up. She is hoping to find one of those people that can do the wedding venue, catering/serving, decorations for one price. When I got married 12 years ago, a lot of places offered this, but since the economy is like it is now and everyone is out for money, she’s finding that a lot of folks like to nickel and dime you for everything and not a lot of them are offering packages like what I was able to get so long ago!

Or do you have any pics of your own?I am getting married in 3 weeks and want to do my own hair.I can picture what I want in my mind kind of,but am looking for more ideas.I would like most of my hair down and some of it clipped up so it is out of my face with some small flowers.

I’m getting married next summer and am on a very strict budget but dont want to sacrifice my idea of a dream wedding because of it. Does anybody know of any great websites/magazines/tools/whatever for all the DIY brides out there? The best one I have found at this point is saveoncrafts.com. It has almost anything you could want to decorate your event and the prices are fantastic and shipping is extremely reasonable. Anybody have anything else to share?

I am getting married July 23 and so far that is all that I have. I am currently in the process of finding a chapel and reception site.
