My roommate’s girlfriend wants to drop out of college because she wants to be a wedding planner. She is the kind of person, though, who once she does something, she gets bored and wants to quit. She has admitted this would probably happen. She doesn’t listen to my roommate, she doesn’t have any friends because she’s not friendly to people, and she just wants to go home. She also thinks everyone is incompetent, when really it’s kind of her who is incompetent about things. It’s getting a little ridiculous because she literally won’t listen to anyone. She thinks that when she gets married to my roommate that everything will be better. It won’t though. So I guess what I’m asking is this: what will it take for her to listen to words of wisdom? What will it take for her to change, or at least start to change?
Of course the ceremony is first, but after that… how do these go?

speeches/toasts
first dance
father/daughter dance
eating (dinner)
tossing bouquet/garter
How long does the DJ play music for, and how long do the guests usually dance for? Should the DJ play music throughout the whole entire night after the ceremony?
Also, for an outdoor wedding where the ceremony and the reception will be on the same property, how does it work after the ceremony? Obviously there’s no bride & groom “entrance/announcement” since we will all already be there, right? I’m just trying to plan an outdoor fall wedding and I am clueless as to order of events, and timing.
trying to find a beautiful location in Montgomery Al, (or close) to do my Engagament and Wedding Photo Shoots … and possibly even a wedding ceremony.
I’d like there to be an open field with tall grass, or a huge, open park, with big, old trees …

The wedding officiant, not a minister but a notary in Florida made a big mistake while I was a guest at the wedding. She had mentioned the wrong name of the bride!
What happened was the bride & grooms name were “luke & kim” and the officiant started off saying “luke & laura” the officiant looked embarrased and then continued on to another mistake of pronouncing some words wrong.
A few laughed at the “luke & laura” names and remembered it from general hospital, soap opra.
The parents of the bride were very disapointed and it was obvious! What do you think should be done? Should the check written to the officiant be stopped? Or the whole thing ignored as if it didn’t happen?
I’m always the helper, no matter what. Every party I go to, I always help pick up afterwards. It’s just how I am. I don’t resent it at all, I love helping. Well now I’m a bride-to-be, and my sisters, who are my bridesmaids, plan on giving me a full day of beauty before the wedding and I don’t know how to let people help me. I always do my nails, hair and makeup. The thought of letting someone else do it makes me very uncomfortable. But I want to let them because I know they want to. How do I cope with being helped?
My fiancee and I are getting married next summer after we graduate University in a large wedding that I will need to take a few days off beforehand to prepare for. I’m starting to look at honeymoons and am not sure whether to book one that is 1 or 2 weeks long.
Right now I am in the process of applying to a job I may or may not get as well as graduate schools so I have no idea what my employment situation will be like next summer. Do you think an employer will find 2 and 1/2 weeks too long to take off of work if I get a new job even though its my honeymoon which is a once in a lifetime event?
I may not even find a new job and stay at my current one in which it wouldnt be a big deal to take that much time off, I just have no idea where I will be next year.
What should I do? Take the 2 weeks off or stick with a 1 week vacation?
On the 9th of this month my boyfriend and I, after having intercourse, discovered semen coming out the back of the condom. We decided to get Plan B the next morning, because it was 12 at night. So that morning we had unprotected sex, cause we thought “why not?” and left his place, only to forget and go to a wedding for the whole day. The next morning we get up, go to church and after for get the Plan B.
When I took it I got the two pill kind, and I got this once before from my doctor. Normally you take one pill then the other 12 hours later, but my doctor told me to just take both at once and I should be fine. Now when i did this before it worked as it should have, I got my period with in 2-3 days after taking it. This time however I did not start at all! It has now been 11 days and no period. I should start my normal cycled period in the next few days, but I have also had no sign of that starting.
I thought maybe the Pill didn’t work because I was already pregnant, we had unprotected sex after my last cycle, so the 29th of Aug, The text came back negative, so I was not pregnant before.
But the Plan B Pill never kicked in and my boyfriend and had unprotected sex from September 9th-14th once to twice a day.
I’m not sure what to do, or even if I should be worried. My boyfriend thinks we shouldn’t I’m 85% sure that I am. I have had an increase in eating and sleeping and my breast are very tender.
How long should I wait to test again? Or should I even be worried?

My sister (so I thought) addressed me through yahoo mess. stating that my picture was seen on a sex site. I followed her instructions (like an idiot) to get to this supposed site and I was riped off for 50$ the site didn’t even exist. Last wk I was talking with a friend and I got cut off saying someone else on another computer signed in in my name. He/she used the same front from me to my friend he had used on me from my sister. I signed in which dropped him. Again about 30mins ago he again useing my sisters name asked me to go to this site. He/she is just getting around very frequently I’d like to know how this happens. I have since changed my password. I don’t understand why I am booted off when another user pretending to be me gets access. It seems like it would be a better idea if you just would not let a sec user get on if someones mess. is being used. Is there anyway you can get this person. I have copied all the conversations.
