Me and my fiance live in different cities right now and we need a way to plan a wedding together and we are looking for a good website that will let us do that. Something that we can post pictures, documents, etc so we can share it with each other and have all the organizational tools to plan a wedding online.
I’ve been looking at the custom wedding invitations, save the dates, and hand made wedding favors on etsy.com. I really like what they have and I am wondering if you know of any similar websites or any websites in general for wedding invitations and favors? Websites that give you ideas for favors would be great too! Have already seen weddingpaperdivas.com and minted.com for invitations & save the dates.
I’ve been searching for my wedding centerpieces and decor. The only website I can find online that has CLASSY but affordable options is shopwildthings.com. I have a couple things from that site I’m considering… but before I decide are there any others out there? Unfortunately my fiance and I have to pay for the wedding ourselves and don’t have much to spend. So since I can’t have the glamorous wedding I’ve always wanted, the plan is to keep it simple but still classy. We don’t want to pay more then 60 on each centerpiece just to give you an idea of our budget on one thing. I’ve checked out all the local rental stores nearby (up to 100 miles) and they either don’t have what I’m looking for, or they just look cheap and outdated. We can’t afford to hire a decorator or planner. Any suggestions, good websites for any wedding ideas/planning would be wonderful. We still have a year and half before the date, but are starting to get things here and there now so it’s more affordable paying as we go. We’ve been together for 7 years, I’m 25 and he’s turning 27 in another month so we can’t push it back any more! Thanks!
i want to plan a wedding, just for fun, but i dont want to make an account or sign into anything. i just want to have fun and make my “dream” wedding. theknot.com has a great wedding planner thingy, but it requires your adress and such so they can send you things. are there any websites i can plan my wedding just for fun?

I’m not engaged yet, but I know my boyfriend is going to ask me in a month or two (he already has the ring, and he tried to subtly ask me which week would be best to ask).
However, since I’m not engaged yet, I don’t want to get ahead of myself by dress shopping or asking my parents to help with a budge just yet, but I’m really excited and want to look into it.
What are some websites that you’ve found really helpful for planning your wedding, especially for finding a dress? I think I’m going to get a dress from a local boutique so I can try them on, but I want to get some ideas beforehand.
I’ve tried looking on David’s Bridal’s site, but the contrast is horrible to try and view dresses. Is it worth it to look through magazines, or are they just overpriced?
((We’re probably going to have a wedding next summer after we both graduate from our grad programs, and there’s no way to avoid that it’s going to be a big church wedding, since we both have a lot of family, but I’m trying to find a dress that’s not too fussy.))

I am looking for some websites that can provide information on the rentals of fog machines and lighting as well as some good websites for the more difficult things to find like a DJ and transportation. I am not hiring a wedding planner and have no idea where to begin. I am from Ontario (near Toronto – in the GTA) so I would like some places close to me.
