I would like to get an idea on how to created a weekly plan for working out in the gym. A little bit about myself. I am currently a freshman in college. 5′11 and weigh about 152. I did cross country and track (mile and 2 mile) for two years in highschool. I recently started boxing (about 2 hours 5 times a week) and I have about 2 hours to for the gym. I occassionally run 3 miles 2 or 3 times a week. I been weight lifting with my friend for the past month and have seen some results. But that is going to end since the fall quater of college has basically ended. I do remember most of the workouts we did. this is what muscles i would work out
monday: triceps and back
tuesday: mostly legs and some abs
weds: biceps and a little bit of chest/back
friday: shoulders
(this is not including 2 hrs of boxing)
does this seem like an effective workout? i also started taking supplements. Any valuable information will aprreciated. My overall goal is to be in a healthy stage and be naturally looking fit.
