ok i need to lose alot of weight fast for a wedding, so i was thinking if i ate one medium packet of potato chips a day would i lose weight? i dont care if its bad for me ill start eating health after the wedding
Hello I am 18 years old and have been lifting for 4 years now. I am currently an mma fighter in training For 3 with wrestling for 8 years, so I am constantly active and know how to cut weight. Every day is a work out. Mon. Wed. Fri. Are full body workouts from squats to benching and everything in between. Tues. thurs. are lighter days but more focused on toning. Every day is also vigorous abs work out day. I train every night for minimum of 4 hours for mma. This includes going live for 2 hours with 1 hour of technique and 1 of cardio such as stairs or the track before hand. My diet consists of 2 turkey wraps an apple and a ton of water each day. I also take whey protein, animal pack vitamin, a.p. stack, a.p. pm (a.p. = animal pack), along with hydroxy cut platinum, and alkiline 1500 each day. I recently introduced jacked, and pm powder which is also whey. That is all I consume each day no snacks other than an bandanna or extra apple. I for some reason cannot lose my belly, hips, and inner thy spare tires….. It is not as if they are surrounded in fat, but just enough to cover the abs and make the legs and butt look big. I just want to lose that final 20 pounds but I see no results. Every other area is riped accept for those areas. I even changed my work outs to favor those sections with no luck. I do not exceed 1400 calories with my food including all powders and pills. I know how to lift and do it properly, but it just isn’t working out. Any advice would be appreciated now that you read my long explanatio.Statistics – 6′0″ 184 bench 275, and squat 315 3 sets of 10 normal per lifting day.
Hey, I’m 14 years old I weight about 165 and im 5″9. I would really like to know how much weight oyu think I could lose in 4 months doing this plan every week. I would REALLY like to be at 135 but I think it is really bad to lose 30 pounds in 4 months but I have no idea so please tell me how much you think i could lose.

I’d like to know how much weight I could loose by using Zumba in a certain amount of time. I weigh 143 and My height is 5 ft.I plan on eating healthier which is no big change because I eat healthy now.I want to loose 15 pds but I have 1 month to loose it because i have to be in a wedding.I’m not sure if i will loose that much but i’d like to know how much I can loose in at least a month?

I’m a male. I’m not big big. I’m 6′2 290. My brother is having a wedding in April, and I want to get fit before the summer hits. I want to get down to about at last 210. I’m about to go out and get some things to go on a healthy diet plan, but I don’t know what all to get, and what kind of cardio to do. My cousin is a strength & condition trainer in the NFL, and he told me the best way to workout is to work out on different body parts each day. I’m just confused about the exercising part, and what are some good diet plans, or foods to choose from to lose about 100lbs in 5-6 months?
I am a female,15 and a gymnast, 5′6″ and weigh like 110 or more. I want to lose a little bit of weight but I don’t wanna lose my muscle. I need my muscle to become stronger
And I know the whole eat less excercise more drink water and eat healthy thing, but I have school, gymnastics(mon wed and fri for 3 hrs each), homework, and so i was wondering, anyone have an idea of what i could do? I really want to be around 100 and stronger by october 22 becaus ethats when my first gymnastics competition is. and also, i have a six pack but it doesnt show very well, any idea how to fix that? im thinking that the same ab workouts every night isnt going to change anything very fast.
I am creating a backdrop for a head table at a wedding. I have two pictures included, one of the inspiration and one of the space I have to do it in. The backdrop will go right in front of the fire place in the room and will consist of hanging vases with flowers in them. Unfortunately there is nothing to hook the fishing line on so I want to put something with weight to it up on the ledge and tie the vases on wire to that. Is there anything that you would suggest that would work well for holding them up there and being less visible up on the ledge. Thanks for your help

I have a wedding that I will be attending in about 5 months time and I want to look GOOD, like really GOOD.
I have love handles and want them GONE, I have a stomach on me and want that to turn into a nice flat maybe a 6pk stomach.
Ok so I was planing on losing 10kg by doing sit-ups, going for bike rides, walks and using a ab wheel and I will also have a healthy diet.
I can’t afford to join or go to a gym so I will be doing everything on my own.
If anyone could help me with more ideas on how to lose this weight/stomach/love handles?
i was wondering if anyone knew some fast but healthly ways to lose weight, provide tips and maybe a meal plan, I need to lose 20 pounds for my friends wedding next month
ok i eat about 1500-1700 a day. sometimes a lot less, sometimes i binge (like a bbq or a wedding) and eat loads more. but thats like ONCE every 2 months.
ive put on 10 pounds iwthin the last past month. my clothes dont even fit anymore. also iburn usually 300 calories 5-6 days a week. i have GREAT leg muscles but stil have some fat on me. also sometimes i switch up my excercises. i also do 3-4 minutes of planks 4-5 days a week.
i want to lose weight.
ive tried dropping my intake to 1200 but nothing happens. ive ever tried 800 but thats VERY hard to stick to.
anyways i eat whole grains, milk (2%) chicken, breast only homecooked, every veggies except beans and corn, oranges, apples, cantaloup, and fresh berries. i also eat cereal bars (al bran cereal bars and all bran bars) and allow myself usually 100-200 calories worth of dessert. like ice cream or half a chocolate bar. something like that.
i also eat LOADS of lettuce:) no dressing on any veggies, no oil, no avocados.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?? i AM counting the calories correctly though. im 15 years old, weigh 120 pounds and im 5 feet tall. id like to get down to 110 pounds. any ideas???
