I am creating a backdrop for a head table at a wedding. I have two pictures included, one of the inspiration and one of the space I have to do it in. The backdrop will go right in front of the fire place in the room and will consist of hanging vases with flowers in them. Unfortunately there is nothing to hook the fishing line on so I want to put something with weight to it up on the ledge and tie the vases on wire to that. Is there anything that you would suggest that would work well for holding them up there and being less visible up on the ledge. Thanks for your help

So I was just wondering how long people would think it would take me to lose 10kg?
I have a wedding that I will be attending in about 5 months time and I want to look GOOD, like really GOOD.
I have love handles and want them GONE, I have a stomach on me and want that to turn into a nice flat maybe a 6pk stomach.
Ok so I was planing on losing 10kg by doing sit-ups, going for bike rides, walks and using a ab wheel and I will also have a healthy diet.
I can’t afford to join or go to a gym so I will be doing everything on my own.
If anyone could help me with more ideas on how to lose this weight/stomach/love handles?

i was wondering if anyone knew some fast but healthly ways to lose weight, provide tips and maybe a meal plan, I need to lose 20 pounds for my friends wedding next month
ok i eat about 1500-1700 a day. sometimes a lot less, sometimes i binge (like a bbq or a wedding) and eat loads more. but thats like ONCE every 2 months.
ive put on 10 pounds iwthin the last past month. my clothes dont even fit anymore. also iburn usually 300 calories 5-6 days a week. i have GREAT leg muscles but stil have some fat on me. also sometimes i switch up my excercises. i also do 3-4 minutes of planks 4-5 days a week.
i want to lose weight.
ive tried dropping my intake to 1200 but nothing happens. ive ever tried 800 but thats VERY hard to stick to.
anyways i eat whole grains, milk (2%) chicken, breast only homecooked, every veggies except beans and corn, oranges, apples, cantaloup, and fresh berries. i also eat cereal bars (al bran cereal bars and all bran bars) and allow myself usually 100-200 calories worth of dessert. like ice cream or half a chocolate bar. something like that.
i also eat LOADS of lettuce:) no dressing on any veggies, no oil, no avocados.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?? i AM counting the calories correctly though. im 15 years old, weigh 120 pounds and im 5 feet tall. id like to get down to 110 pounds. any ideas???

Need Help Losing Weight!?

Hey, I am 5′2” weighing at 120 lb. I am almost 15 and a girl. I know I’m not fat, but I am not skinny. I don’t want to go all out and be anorexic, I just wanna tone down. My older sister is having her wedding in the middle of June, and I wanna look good in my bridesmaid dress. I don’t have access to a gym, but I have 24 hour access at home to a treadmill. I just need suggestions on how to look better in size with exercise ideas and food choices. Thanks in advance!
I want to lose weight for the summer and for my sister’s wedding. I’m eating fresh fruit, chicken, oatmeal, whole grain rice, drinking lots of water and getting an hour’s worth of exercise everyday. I know there are better ways to shed the pounds, and I want to lose 10 pounds by the end of the month. Does anyone have any ways to do this?
When I was 13 I was diagnosed with polycistic ovarian syndrome and Ive been on birth control ever since to control the symptoms. I was on the pill up until a year ago but after 8 years of trying different types of pills, we couldn’t find one that worked for me. So a year ago my doctor switched me to the depo shot. Ive loved the fact that Ive had no pain with the shot but Ive had some other serious side affects with the shot, the worse being weight gain. In just 4 shots (11 months) Ive gained 35 pounds! Ive always been a smaller built person and all of the weight is going to my belly and thighs..and it just doesn’t look right. Ive kept taking the shot because it works so well for the pain but my boyfriend just proposed last week and were planning our wedding for a year from now and I really want to avoid gaining any more weight and hopefully work off what Ive gained. Does anyone know of any good birth controls that do not cause weight gain? My doctor mentioned the IUD when she mentioned Depo but Ive read that that can have the same effect. Any ideas??
Weight Lifting/training For Kids?

Hello everyone!
I am a 16 year old teenager, and I enjoy to box (boxing), play basketball,fand ootball. But what I like most of all is weight lifting.
I have a 5 year old little cousin and I have been making him lift weights for about a month and a half now. The reason I am having him lift weights is because when I was his age, I did not have many chances to lift weights or play sports. Now that I have saved up enough money for a home gym, my 5 year old cousin now has a chance to lift weight, and get in shape. Anyways, I want him to play basketball when he builds muscle and strength, so I have been making him lift weights. He enjoys it very much. He always feels like he’s superman after each workout
I didn’t get to do this when I was little. But after some research, I have discovers some myths about weight lifting for kids. For example, in the future, the kid will not have strong bones, stunts growth etc etc. Here is the schedule I do with my 5 year old cousin:
Sun:Rest
Mon:Arms & Shoulders
Tue:Legs
Wed:Abs
Thur:Arms & Shoulders
Fri:Legs
Sat:Everything (Legs, arms, abs etc)
When I work out his abs, I stand on his feet, and have him do sit-ups while hugging onto a 5 LB plate.
For his legs, I just have him do squats, but with no weights, and a little bit of running on a treadmill.
For arms and shoulder, I have him do dumbbell curls, and bench press with a curl bar.
So please let me know if this is a good idea or Should I stop and wait until he gets a little older.

I have TWO MONTHS, I would like to lose some kind of weight, I have a weight bench, a bike, the stand still and a regular, weights and a work out video, which Id rather not do too much of because my back hurts from a pulled muscle i believe. i dont have a lot of money so go easy on me with the diet stuff:) thanks for any advice!! i need it!!
