Wedding Planning Tips

I am making hearts and flowers charms for a wedding as favours, and the bride wants them inscribed with names and wedding date. I would like to use a gold paint or pen to do this prior to varnishing, and wondered if metallic gel pens would be suitable? I can’t find any specific products for writing on clay?

i was wondering is there a way to get text to look like this over a photo of myself by using photoshop? as i have downloaded the free trial and know the basics of it and where tools are just im wondering if i could get an effect similar to this using the program?
also I would really appreciate any other suggestions of ways i could copy the pictures as im a little stuck im thinking of doing one with chalk… other pictures im considering doing…

My boyfriend and I are both 21 and we have been together for 3 years. Obviously as a little girl I dreamed of my wedding day and having a family as I think many girls do but I have recently found out that my boyfriend does not want any of these things. I’m not saying I want to marry him and time soon and start a family but I would like that with him one day and I would like to start to think about moving in together. My boyfriend is completely against this and has told me it is not in his 5 year plan. He has also strongly expressed that he never wants to get married as he feels like it is just a way for somebody to take his money and it is not about love any more and he has told me that he doesn’t want children because it will take up all of his money. I love him very much and don’t want to end our relationship but I don’t know how to find a happy medium does any body have any ideas?

So I am a recording artist, recorded for a big music company once and want to keep it that way but for now I want to become a wedding singer because I heard the pay is good. Any idea what songs requires to sing at a wedding? if there is anyone that knows and can give me a list with 10 or 20 songs…would be great. Thank you in advance.

My sister has been engaged for a while now and really wants to start planning the wedding… i’m 18 and live 7 hours away for university, but really want to stop doing things to get the ball rolling. I’ve never been to a wedding in my life so I’m really unsure of how things work.. When do people do bachlorette partys? how close to the wedding? what types of things need to be organized? i know theres the reception, stag and doe (how far in advance can u do the stag and doe? and this is to raise money FOR the wedding correct?), photographers, catering, drinks, dresses, brides maids, flowers…. what are some other MAIN parts of the wedding! help is much appreciated!

Has anybody taken an online course with Sheffield School? I’m interested in the jewelry & wedding planning courses but I don’t know if they actually work

I’m about ten months away from when my wedding *hopefully* and the twelve-month planner I have says this month should be spent on “Assessing your looks”. Now, I don’t want to lose a bunch of weight, per se, but I certainly don’t want to gain any and losing a bit wouldn’t hurt. I am eighteen years old, female, approx. 5′2″, 125 lbs. I’m verrrrry curvey, and I don’t really want to lose the dramatic hourglass figure I have but honestly I could do a little less with the whole J-Lo butt thing. I carry all my weight in my “buns and thighs” and have an irritating little belly pouch I can’t seem to get to go away. Those are the little things I’d like to touch up but I don’t necessarily have a numerical “goal weight” or anything. I also wouldn’t mind toning up a bit, (the husband-to-be is a U.S. Marine, I gotta keep up, lol.) So, with all of that, what is a good daily/weekly workout regiment for me? I do yoga in the mornings and I’m working on my run time but after that I’m kinda out of ideas. Also, if anyone has any diet plan tips that will help I’m open to that too, I’m lactose intolerant so don’t suggest any crazy dairy diets lol.
The wedding planner also suggests getting into a daily skin care regiment as well. As it is, I wash my face/back/chest with noxzema every time I shower and at night I use Jergens overnight repair lotion. My skin isn’t terrible or anything, but it seems it could be much better. I feel like I have a really oily T-zone but along my jawline my skin is very dry. What should I change to compensate for that? Any advice is much appreciated. <3

My wedding is in 3 days and people can’t believe I’m working today or that I have at all this week. Co-workers, friends, family, etc.
Everything for my wedding is done. All the favors are assembled, centerpieces are, all the little details taken care of, etc. So with that.. I’m working tonight, then off until I return from my honeymoon.
I work in information technology (I’m one of the smart computer people). Right now I’m physically at work and working on a upgrade with another server administrator who is working from home and I’m on-site. I’m having a conversation with him via our company instant message program and he said “I can’t believe you’re working tonight, I would have done this alone so you didn’t have to worry about it and everything else” followed by “None of us can believe how calm you are as a bride, my sisters were like barracuda’s on steroids ready to attack any of us who looked at them the wrong way”

Do the guests keep them or the couple? etc.
