I talked on the phone with them regularly, sent pictures back and forth, emailed incessantly, but pulled it together. I didn't meet the couple until 3 days prior to the ceremony. It was fun, it was like meeting old friends. I had worked with them for so long that it was really fun to have them see everything pulled together.
